Sales & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made with KULA Recovery are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you have reviewed all product details and specifications before completing your order. If you have any questions, our team is happy to assist before your purchase.
Exceptions – 7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kularecovery.com. Returns will be collected by our courier provider.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at support@kularecovery.com.
Electrical Modifications & Installation
Customers are responsible for making any necessary electrical modifications to accommodate their ice bath or chiller system. Please ensure that your plug sockets meet the required specifications before installation. KULA Recovery is not responsible for any additional electrical work needed to operate the unit.
Additionally, we highly recommend placing your chiller in a sheltered area, away from direct sunlight, heavy dust, or extreme weather conditions to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Cold Plunge Care & Maintenance
To maintain the performance and lifespan of your chiller, proper care must be taken when using the ice bath. Users must shower or rinse off before entering to remove sun creams, oils, and other skincare products, as these substances can damage the chiller and filtration system. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in reduced efficiency or potential damage, which is not covered under warranty.
