At KULA Recovery, we offer our customers a range of shipping options at checkout. Delivery times for each option are clearly displayed, allowing you to make an informed decision at checkout.
Shipping times are estimated and provided by our shipping providers. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the delivery provider to ensure timely delivery. If you experience any delays, please contact us via our contact us page, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders in the UAE.
Pre-Orders
Delivery windows for pre-order items are approximate and rely on the prompt receipt of stock from our suppliers. In rare cases, suppliers may experience delays beyond their control, resulting in late or partial stock deliveries. If this occurs, orders may leave our warehouse later than expected. If you encounter any delays, please contact us via our contact us page, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
GCC Orders
GCC orders shipping may take up to 7-12 days from the date of dispatch or longer, depending on any delivery issues or delays within your country. Global supply chain challenges may also affect shipping times on occasion.
We deliver across GCC without additional duties or taxes due on delivery—the price at checkout is the final price you pay. If you are charged any fees before delivery, contact us via our contact us page, and we will ensure these are covered. As a UAE-based company, we aim to deliver within the shipping windows displayed at checkout.

Returns
We trust that you will be delighted with your KULA Recovery purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, and undamaged in the original packaging. A restocking fee will be charged for opened and used products.
Returns are only accepted for purchases made online at kularecovery.com are not accepted for items bought from third-party distributors.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact us page, and send your item(s) back to the address provided below. Make sure to include your return address on the back of the package and prominently display your order number on the exterior. Inside the package, enclose a copy of your invoice, clearly indicating the item(s) you wish to return for a refund.
Faulty Items
We take pride in providing quality products to our customers. If a product is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement. You must provide proof of purchase, and we reserve the right to inspect the item to determine if it is faulty.
Contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product if it has been damaged during delivery. Failure to do so may affect your shipping insurance claim and result in no compensation being provided.
If a product is deemed faulty, a replacement will be shipped subject to stock availability, or a voucher or refund will be issued. You will receive a response for faulty claims within 10-15 business days from the product's arrival at the returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. We will credit the cost of postage back to you if the product is deemed faulty after review.

- KULA Recovery cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
- Customers are responsible for accurately completing the returns form.
- You must send the original or a copy of your invoice with the package.
- KULA Recovery will not be held liable for products lost in transit but will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
- Please allow 10-15 business days from the day your package is returned to us for your account to be credited.
- Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
