Quick answers
What operators ask us
How much does a commercial cold plunge cost in the UAE?
KULA commercial cold plunges with a chiller start from AED 18,999. Premium red cedar models run to AED 32,999, and bespoke or branded plunges are quoted per project.
How long does installation take?
A few hours. Freestanding plunges need no building works, only a power supply and a drain close by.
How many people can use one plunge a day?
KULA commercial plunges are designed for up to 90 sessions a day, with continuous filtration and a chiller that recovers quickly between users.
What temperature should a gym plunge run at?
Most commercial sites run between 8°C and 15°C. It is cold enough for real recovery and comfortable enough that first-timers come back. Sports science backs this range: the American College of Sports Medicine cites 11°C to 15°C for 11 to 15 minutes to reduce muscle soreness, and a 2025 meta-analysis found 11°C to 15°C most effective for soreness. Our chillers go as low as 1°C for athletes who want it colder.
Who looks after the plunge once it is installed?
We do. KULA Care Packages cover water changes, filter replacement and maintenance by our own technicians, with 1, 4 or 12 visits a year.
Can we have our own branding?
Yes. Custom colours, logos and timber finishes, from a logo on a Shogun to a fully built-in bespoke plunge.
