No, the chiller keeps the water consistently cold without ice.

How long does it take to cool the water?

Depending on the starting temperature, the chiller usually cools the water within two to three hours.

Can I use it outdoors in the UAE?

Yes, the tub is weather-resistant and designed for both indoor and outdoor use. We recommend using the Alpha chiller for outdoor use.

What is the difference between the Super and Alpha chiller?

The Super Chiller is ideal for regular (indoor) home use with a cooling range of 42°C to a frosty 2°C. The Alpha chiller is designed for outdoor sessions with a 5000 W cooling capacity, which can keep the water between 3°C and 20°C. The Alpha chiller is also portable.

How often should I clean the tub?

We recommend a quick rinse after each use and a full clean with a filter check every one to two weeks.
