Connect the two hoses between barrel ports and chiller ports, tightening each fitting.

Fill the barrel with clean water up to the marked max fill line inside.

Step 4

Plug the chiller into a 220 to 240V outlet and switch the power on.

Step 5

Open the mobile app, pair the chiller on Wi-Fi, and confirm a stable connection.

Step 6

Set your target temperature.

Step 7

Let the system reach the set temperature, then fit the lid to hold it.

Step 8

Prepare your breath, enter slowly, and submerge to shoulder level with control.

Step 9

Stay one to three minutes at first, then increase time as your tolerance grows.

Step 10

Exit carefully, dry off, and warm up gently; secure the lid after every session.
