HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

Suggested Time in the Sauna:

  • New sauna users should start with 5-10 minute sessions and gradually increase the duration to 15-20 minutes as you become acclimated to the heat
  • You will learn to regulate your breathing, focus on controlled breaths to support the initial discomfort
  • Regular sessions should be no more than 30 min

Stay Hydrated:

  • Drink plenty of water before your session as well as during, and after to replace fluid lost from sweating

Listen to Your Body:

  • If you experience dizziness, nauseous, or discomfort, get out of the sauna immediately

Cool Down Gradually:

  • After your sauna session, allow your body to cool down, take a lukewarm shower or do some mobilization

Avoid Alcohol and Medications:

  • Try to avoid using alcohol before and after your sauna session, alcohol impacts hydration.
  • Avoid medications that can impacts or prevents sweating as this will increase the risk of overheating

Always Consult Your Doctor:

  • Please consult your doctor if you suffer from any health conditions, take prescribed medication and if you are are pregnant

It is Hot in there please remove your Jewelry:

  • Metal jewelry is a great conductor of heat take it off!

Always supervise your Children:

  • If you choose to have your children use your sauna please supervise them always.

It is hot in your sauna so dress for that, less is more:

  • Wear swimsuits or a towel
OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
  • Take a shower & wash your feet before you use your sauna
  • Always allow your sauna to heat up for at least 45 minutes before you get in
  • Add water to the rocks at the start of your sauna session
  • Wipe down your sauna with a clean wet towel and a non invasive cleaning detergent 1-2 times per week

  • Don't use your sauna as a dryer, its is not for your wet laundry

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Yes, we do.

All our products are subject to strict quality control, and our warranty provides you with a guarantee against manufacturer defects and faults.

Our warranty covers any manufacturing, fault, or material defect. Please notify us within 48 hours of noticing any defects and we can arrange a refund or replacement for you.

The warranty does not cover any accidental drops, blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defect.

The extended warranty could come at a different cost depending on the type of product and extended period.
